Sesuai persyaratan yang diatur Badan Kepegawaian Negara, pelamar hanya bisa  mendaftar untuk satu formasi dan satu instansi. Jika lebih dari satu, otomatis NIK dan KK yang digunakan akan tertolak dan dipastikan pelamar yang bersangkutan tidak lolos berkas.
