Graffiti has the power to affect people positively. The people who create it are expressing themselves. They are expressing their artistic abilities and their voices through a canvas.

Give two reasons why people believe that graffiti is vandalism.
Answer:
The government claims that these graffiti artists are drawing on private property. The amount of respect for graffiti is looked down upon specifically because it’s considered vandalism and the destroying of property homes.
Graffiti are made illegal, as in homes or shops where people do not want them done.
